Mole check Family- discuss with the Doctor on promotional rates.

Minor Surgery

A Non refundable fee of $50 as a deposit will be charged at the time of booking any procedure

Mole removal/Skin Cancer Surgery – After Assessment

Minor Surgery Consult – $100

Cosmetic Procedures

Botulinum toxin for Hyperhidrosis- $1250

Botulinum Toxin Injection for Wrinkles – $350 / area treated ( discuss further with doctor)

Dermal Fillers – Depends on area treated and volume of filler used. Quote in individual requirements

Spider Veins Microsclerotherapy – TBA

  • TBA – Cost for the procedures will depend on individual requirements of the client.

No Show Charges

If a client fails to turn up for the booked appointment and does not cancel the appointment at least 15 min before the time a non refundable  fee of $15 will be charged.

Payments

There is an option of setting up an automatic payment- Please down load the form from the “Forms” link.

GREY STREET CLINIC PATIENTS –Direct credit can be paid in to west pac account # 03-0318-0053831-000

You should use your first name initials and last name (J Singh) along with your date of birth (ddmmyy) as reference number for payment . You will be expected to make the payment online and email the screen shot of the payment to jyoti@hamiltonlakeclinic.co.nz  before your appointment . this applies to online/ tele consults.

EFTPOS payments can be made at the clinic. The payments need to be cleared the same day unless they are set up as automatic payments. A charge of $ 15 will be added to the payment if not cleared on same day. This charge will be deducted if the payment is cleared with in 5 working days.
