Patients can visit any clinic and will be charged same fees as their enrolled clinic.

AFTER HOURS CHARGES FOR ALL CLINIC PATIENTS – ONLY AT 226 Grey street  CLINIC

5 PM- 7 PM WEEK DAYS ( MON- THUR) AND SATURDAY 0830 AM – 5 PM. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS CLOSED.

Non Eligible patients- Visitors / Students / WORK VISA < 2 years and other such categories.

*** DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF PATENTS, TURN AROUND TIME FOR REPEAT SCRIPTS IS 48 HOURS. EXTRA FEES WILL BE CHARGED FOR URGENT SAME DAY SCRIPT ***

*** ALL SERVICE COSTS ARE IN ADDITION TO THE DOCTORS CONSULT CHARGES – UNLESS SPECIFIED OR ADVISED BY DOCTOR ***

NON-ATTENDANCE FEES

1. Non-attendance for under 14’s will be a $10 admin fee
2. Non-attendance for all others will be charged at the normal consultation fee

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment of all fees are required on the day of consult.
2. All fees are based on a single appointment; extended appointments may incur additional charges.
3. Two hours cancellation notice for a booked appointment is required. Non-attendance will be charged at the normal consultation fee.
4. Medical consumables will be charged separately.
5. Administration fee of $15 applies on accounts not settled on the same day.
6. Newly registered patients require a double appointment for their first visit. Double appointment fees will apply.
7. If a patient is unable to pay the same day, they will be offered direct debit facility set up.
